Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Mainland UK deliveries are despatched with Interlink or equivalent service. Although we will try and despatch all orders received before 3.00 pm on the same day, please allow up to 5 working days for normal despatch (NB. AN ORDER CAN TAKE UP TO AN HOUR TO COME THROUGH TO US AFTER YOU HAVE ENTERED IT). Saturday deliveries are available at an additional cost, however, deliveries are not made on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

N.B IMPORTANT Any order received after 3.00pm may not be despatched until the following day.

The delivery charge to MAINLAND Britain is £9.95.

Additional delivery charges will apply to Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, Channel Islands and islands of the Inner and Outer Hebrides. These will be confirmed by phone or email prior to despatch.

For deliveries outside of the UK please call us on +44 (0) 1784 453610.

There is an option for UK mainland timed deliveries (not Highlands) next day delivery at an additional charge. This option is only available for orders received by us before 2.30pm Monday to Thursday.

Delivery charges for orders to be shipped to countries outside of mainland Britain will be emailed to you prior to the processing of your order.


Returns

If you have items to be returned for any reason or experience any problems with your order, please call us on +44 (0) 1784 453 610 (Monday to Friday 8am - 7pm only).

Generally we will accept returns and credit 100% of the cost of items that are faulty or broken due to manufacturing or handling issues, provided we are notified in writing within 5 days of despatch date.

In the event that you ordered incorrectly, provided they are unused, unopened and returned to us carriage paid within 7 days, we will credit you 90% of the cost of the item (but excluding carriage). After 7 days but within 1 month we will credit you 75% of the value of the returned goods but excluding carriage. Any goods to be returned after 1 month are at the company's agreement and on the company's terms only.

Non Receipt of Goods. Should our couriers receive no reply upon delivery of goods, our couriers will leave a contact card. They will attempt 3 deliveries, then the goods will be returned to That's a Wrap! All goods returned to That's a Wrap! will incur a 10% handling charge plus the original delivery charge will not be refunded.
